How to Receive Remote IT Support using UltraViewer

To provide you with faster and more efficient technical support, we are using UltraViewer. Please follow the steps below to get assistance from the IT Team.

Step 1: Locate UltraViewer

First, check if UltraViewer is installed on your PC.

  • Click on the Start Menu and type "Ultra Viewer".


  • If you see the UltraViewer app, click to open it.

  • Note: If you cannot find it, please contact the IT Team immediately. We will come to your desk and install it for you.

Step 2: Open and View Your Credentials

Once the application opens, you will see a window like the one below. Focus on the left side under "Allow Remote Control".

  • Your ID: A unique 8-digit number.


  • Password: A temporary security code.

Step 3: Share Details with IT Support

When you need help, simply send your ID and Password to the IT support person via message or over the phone.

Important: Keep the UltraViewer window open while the IT member is working. If you close the program, the connection will be lost.


Step 4: Ending the Session

Your security is our priority. Once the IT team has resolved your issue:

  • You can see everything being done on your screen.

  • Once the session is over, simply close the UltraViewer window.

  • This will automatically disconnect the IT team, and they cannot access your PC again without a new password.
